I was contacted for an initial interview. During this first interview, I was told about the second interview, the format and expected time frame to second interview. After a full ten days, I had heard nothing back so I emailed the internal recruiter, only to be told that since I had seemed nervous on the first interview, I was not contacted for the second interview.
