You get called in and asked for your references. If you have no references, it is hard for you to even get called in. If you references approve of you, you are asked some questions to see how much of cleaning you know. If you do not know much, but they are desperate to find someone, and you prove you are willing, there is a higher chance you will get hired, otherwise, it is back to square one.
