      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IQVIA (Melbourne) in Aug 2023

      Interview

      You will receive a phone call from the talent acquisition specialist. They will ask for your expected salary, why you are leaving your current company, your notice period and any planned holidays. The phone interview took about 10 minutes. You will receive an email where you can chose when you would like to setup the teams call with 2 members of the team. The interview will take 1 hour. After your interview you will receive a call from the talent acquisition specialist with the outcome of your interview. You will receive your contract within 24 hours after you accept their offer. You will receive a link to the background check within a week or two.

      Please run through your resume. Do you have any regulatory experience? what is your main responsibilities at your current role? are you responsible for negotiating budget at your current company and how to reduce the bottleneck? How many sites/studies to you have at one time at your current company? how to you juggle a high workload? Do you work on amendments or just start-up? why did you apply for this role? what would you do if there is a conflict? what motivates you? do you like to work in an environment when SOPs have been established or a non-structured system? how to do structure your work? how do you handover the study? how to you handle competing deadlines? Do you advise the team members about site timelines? how do you deal with issues with a system or process? what is your notice period? do you have any planned holidays? regarding the job responsibilities, do you have any issues with these? do you have any questions?
