Interview
Generally the interview process involves 3 rounds which includes the written test (aptitude), technical round and the HR round. Group discussion may happen based on the number of candidates came for the interview.

1. How many phases of the clinical trial are there?
2. What is GCP-ICH guidelines?
3. How many subjects are present in each phase of the clinical trial?
4. Why do you want to join data management as your career?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Thāne)
Interview
Once your profile is selected you will recieve a call from the IQVIA , and they will schedule your interview on teams.
And it will be an video call on teams 😅
On the day of interview you have to show your government I'd proof , once the verification process is done then your interview will start.

Question 1
If you have an experience and you have resigned from your previous Organization so the 1 st question will be why did you resigned?
And if the issue was resolved then why didn't you put back your resignation?

Easy interview. The interview panel consisted of two hiring managers. All the questions asked are from the points highlighted from the resume. Its a brief 20 minute session. Got update from the HR within 2 weeks.
