IMP Group International Inc. interview questions

My experience with IMP Aerospace and Defence's hiring process for the IT Coordinator role was concerning. After applying, I was contacted by a Recruitment Specialist who expressed interest in my qualifications and invited me for an interview. Unfortunately, the process stalled after this initial contact, with no further communication or updates. This lack of follow-through reflects poorly on the company's candidate experience.
