I share this only to say that despite being both qualified and educated at UC, I have never been contacted for any of the positions for which I applied. I do not know how anyone manages to get a position at UC but I can only assume that a job seeker MUST know someone to get in the door.

I had applied to several positions over the years. Moreover, all the positions for which I applied, I had both the education and several years of experience.
