Phone screening more than once, and onsite interview. Position that was applied for appears not to match what they are hiring for. Can be a long interview, soft skill questions that loops around, as well as tech support questions. Not many questions... They provide feedback on your answers in negative ways and talk more about what your saying "wrong" to them even though they would say its right after providing you negative feedback. Also when answering questions, your answering questions for them to just take over and go into things that shouldn't be extended, and kept short just for foundation understandings.
Also they say this position is a program, and not really full time and if you pass their probation period, then you get hired full time.
If you get in, on the positive side; the team seems like a fun bunch to work for!
The interview process should be re-evaluated.
