I am a friendly and outgoing person, and rarely find myself interacting with someone with difficulty...no matter how challenging the client. However, when it happens, I focus my attention to listening to the issues the client is facing and offering / seeking solutions. I reassure the client my goal is help them succeed and I will do all that I can to ensure that happens.
