I ensure I apprise stakeholders with the status of projects. It is important to know how stakeholders prefer to be communicated with and deliver information in that format. This can be done through highlight reports to provide an overview of progress. I try to do these fortnightly as it is at a higher level. However, if any changes do arise then I ensure all the information is echoed accordingly to the appropriate stakeholders.
