Interview
The interview with the production manager was great. It wasn't until the CEO/President Javiar Castro joined the meeting that things went down hill quickly. Mr. Castro was VERY abusive in his interviewing techniques. He was actually yelling at me during 90% of the time I spent with him and was super aggressive. Not sure why he felt he needed to be that way towards me, but he was. Not a good sign of good leadership. Very unethical and I'm glad to not have been chosen for this position.
