Hot Shot Services interview questions

Hiring method is determined by the particular supervisor hiring. They use behavior interview questions, "Describe a time when....." Generally you are interviewed by 2-3 people, sometimes at once, sometimes in teams. Interviews are limited to maybe 3-5 candidates per position, after initial phone interviews with an outside source.
