I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Payments
Interview
The first step of the interview process is for the interviewer to show up, but they didn’t. This raises concerns about their time management. Showing up late doesn’t work for clients, and it shouldn't happen with employees either. It gives the impression that they don't prioritize or respect the process.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Horizon Payments
Interview
Panel interview with only one recruiter who seemed to be very burned out, and the rest are all candidates. Only one question was asked for each candidate, and very simple. Everything was routine. Only three candidates remain after the first five minutes of introduction for this 1099 commission-based sales role. Offers were made 30 mins after the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Horizon Payments (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2024
Interview
Was a group interview. Went over the role and discussed next steps if you were still interested. The next steps were deciding your training schedule. They did mention they would go over your resume and application further. If you got accepted, they would send you a training package. You then had to pick specific dates for training.
