I had 2 interviews, I applied online and got a response a few days later scheduling an interview online. First was a teams meeting with the recruiter who was really nice. I was successful with the first round! After that I booked in an in-person interview with the store manager and it was great! She was great at getting me comfortable and building a bond with me! After that I was called 5 days after asking if I wanted to accept the position!

interview with store management and district manager. simple questions like where you see yourself in x years, why do you want to progress in retail etc. very laidback and more of a chat about your future.

Straight forward and simple, basic questions, why you want the job, strengths/ weaknesses- very kind interviewer and a lovely place to work. Just make sure you have a few things prepared before (normal chit chat and awareness about the brand)
