I attended a group interview for a sales associate role in Edinburgh. We introduced ourselves, did teamwork exercises, answered customer scenarios, and had a quick one-on-one chat. It was engaging and interactive!

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

Hypotheticals about customer situations and how you would approach it.
The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
