If you are above 30 years old, be prepared for absolute age discrimination. You can look amazing, to have perfect portfolio but when it comes to your age, hiring managers are extremely picky. In EU questions like age, ethnicity etc are prohibited but hollister management will find the way...
The interview is all situational based questions. Dress brand appropriate and be able to speak to any past leadership experience you may have. Fairly quick, you interview with a Store Manager first and then the District Manager.

Quick and not too long. First was a phone interview and the second was an in store interview. It really wasn’t that bad. They did call me back pretty quickly.
