I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I was recruited by people at my university and I went in the following Friday for the interview. The whole process was quite awkward since the interview was done on a busy afternoon at the mall's food court. The interview lasted for an hour and the interview was so Models or Sales Associates, overnight workers and stock. The manager explained what each position does and what to expect. She went over basic Hollister protocol and the dress code and then proceeded to asking questions. She asked everyone three to four questions and they were all relatively the same/similar in nature. The manager said to expect a call the next day even if you are not hired.
Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!
