Applied online and received an interview with the recruiters, who was an in-store manager. Went in and was sat amongst maybe 6 other applicants, and was advised to dress in Hollister-style wear. Was asked questions regarding tag lines, examples of when you made someone feel included in an environment, and how you define diversity.

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!

Hypotheticals about customer situations and how you would approach it.
The interview was a group interview. I was then sent an email later that day including the job offer. After that, I got a phone call to set up an orientation date.
It's a group interview with about 5-6 people and you go one by one answering questions. You get amrked 1-5 based on your answer. the answers are easy questions nothing too hard
