Hoffman Nursery interview questions

I had 5 interviews with Hoffman Nursery. At first I had 2 interviews with the hiring agency which was by phone and video. Then I had a phone interview with HR. After that came a phone interview with Sales.. I was invited in for an person interview for the 5th interview. It was a team interview that was with the HR, Sales and the Sales Team. Every thing seemed to go well they gave me a tour and introduced me to a lot of people. They talked a lot about the importance of communication which I firmly believe is necessary to succeed. They also told they did not pay overtime rates since they are a farm, only straight time after 40 hours. After the interview I expected some kind of follow up but it has been 3 weeks after the 5th interview and I have heard nothing. I feel so disrespected to not even get an email saying I didn’t get the job. So much for communication! I put a lot of time into these 5 interviews for a position that only pays between $15-$18 per hour. They could have least sent a quick email. Very unprofessional and they do not really believe in communication. They talk the talk but do not walk. I’m thankful I didn’t get this opportunity cause I feel like they are most likely the same way with their employees.
