i walked in with my resume. talked to two managers. the first guy asked a lot of questions. the second guy asked more about my life goals, experience and what i wanted out of the job. he asked if i had any questions and i said "when can i start?" he told me i could start next week.
Asked for resume. Should always bring resume. Dress the part, professional. Told that not an order taker but selling an experience and up selling. Two managers performed interviews, asked questions. Once complete, offer was made and a drug test form was given.

In person interview, manager didn’t take too long, really wanted open availability. Anything less and won’t give you time of day. Informal interview. Didn’t need to dress up. Encouraged to bring my resume along with me but manager didn’t really look at it.
