I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2025
Interview
Arrived at hiring center, checked in and was given a name tag. Went back and took a basic math test on a tablet with scratch paper. General add/sub/multi/div, how to stack pallets, serial number matching, address matching, reading box labels. Finish test and go back to front. Get called back to a shared office where another person is being interviewed. Sit down at a separate desk, with a separate interviewer. Very nice lady. Gave me test results, asked about previous work, what keeps me at a company (excluding pay), and if I had any planned time off in the near future. Then gave me a rundown on what to expect next. Possible call within 3 days. If no call, they've gone in a different direction. If I get a call, I would have a 2nd interview with a manager, walk the work area and do a drug test. I was not offered a job because I had a weeks vacation scheduled for Thanksgiving.

Was smooth. Math test took me a bit but overall great hiring center! I really hope I land the job as I just moved to Oklahoma City. The application takes a while too.
