The interview process began with a brief phone interview with the director of client services, he detailed the company culture and values as well as employee perks/benefits. From there we coordinated a video interview, which was a bit longer and included the accounting/HR manager in addition to the director of client services. This was more in-depth and mostly role specific. Lastly, we had an in-person interview in which I met with the CEO, and director of client services first and then switched off and met with the CFO and accounting/HR manager. The last interview included a tour of the office and took place during their "Clixerpalooza" which allowed me to briefly see the day to day culture of HireClix (busy, but collaborative and fun!). Each interview was at least 30 minutes, and each time HireClix reached out promptly afterwards. Everyone I spoke to was kind and welcoming throughout the entire process.
