I was contacted by a recruiter who was hunting candidates for them for a BDR role. He was very helpful and took the time to get to know me and discuss the role and the company besides my experience and skills. Got on the video call with the company and it was a mess. I had to ask for the link for the zoom as 2 mins before the interview there was still no sign of any email from the company on how to join. 2 people were interviewing me but one of them was having issues with the camera so it was off almost through the whole process, the other interviewer looked completely uninterested, he hardly kept eye contact and I could tell they just wanted to get over with the whole thing. It felt rushed, unprofessional and the entire interview just felt off.
