2. Hiring manager screen - digging deeper into background and technical skills. Similar to recruiter call, but more detailed an related to IC contributions/technical experience.
3. Take home assignment.
4. Pair programming - adding to take home, additional technical questions and discussion.
5. Cultural - similar to first and second interviews, but more focused on how you align with the company's principle and values.
