There was STAR Questions used with 2 people interviewing with the line manager and colleague. The questions are ones you would find normally in a star approach and in relation to the job description. It was set in a separate office and in a friendly setting and was one of the few pleasant interviews I had been to. After the interview, I found out whether I got shortlisted within 2 days and accepted the offer.
