You apply online then you will get an invite to attend the job interview fair in the employee cafeteria which is in February. So I applied in December and got an email back with the info for the interview sessions . When you get there you first talk with one person who screens you and figures out what you want to do and asks you some basic questions, nothing serious. Then your file is given off to another person from the department where you are applying and thats when the actual interview starts.
