Phone screening, phone interview and then final “on-site” was 3 zoom interviews. Two manager interviews and one culture fit team mate interview. Process was accommodating of my schedule and the process moved quickly. Everyone was very kind and easy to reach. Questions were reasonable and interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked pretty standard sales questions, experience , best practices, how to stay organized, etc
This interview process took me about a week. The first phone screen was with the recruiting manager and it was very pleasant.
Then I did an assessment and they seemed to be very pleased with my responses.
Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and it seemed like it went well. I felt like they saw my skills as valuable, which is why I would say they interviewed me in the first place, I was really excited to join the team, but I wasn't made an offer. I don't know why, I showed a lot of interest, but I like Hellosign and have been using dropbox for a long time so I'm familiar with the product, so I was confused.
I wish companies gave any feedback at all sometimes, it helps us on the other end. I hope that changes in the future.
I enjoyed the interview process a lot so I thought I'd share my experience, and I still wish them the best as a company.
