The interview process was enjoyable. I had 4 interviews. 1st with the Team Lead, which was really fun and relaxed, he did throw a few curveballs and "on the spot" questions but because of my knowledge about copywriting I was able to answer them adequately. 2nd interview I was given a take-home task and had 4 days to complete it. The task was average and I actually really enjoyed putting it together. I was given two briefs that I had to answer, and I did. 3rd interview I had to present my task to the team lead and another team leader. I presented my work and cracked jokes here and there, they really loved the work and gave only good feedback - which was amazing! 4th interview - I spoke to the HR lady about logistics, who then offered me the position that I gladly accepted.
