Heartland Community College interview questions

They paid for travel, hotel, and a food allowance. I met with the hiring committee in late morning to answer very standard questions. I met with the Dean, Vice President, and President all afternoon. There was a teaching demo. Then the hiring committee took me to dinner.

Due to COVID, the interview process was via Zoom. I had three meetings with different groups; I believe a total of 7 people interviewing me. It felt a bit overwhelming at times with the number of people, but they were all super nice and professional.
