I was scheduled to a meeting and they seems to forgot about it. And had to re-schedule it.
The second time the person who was going to lead the interview appeared late.

I applied online, get a call from the recruiter and we had an online call for 30min and then she sent me an assignment, I finished it and sent it back and after that, she disappeared without feedback, I sent her an Email asking for the feedback, also she didn't bother herself to reply.
Please, respect people's time. Please be professional. Disappear and not back with feedback is what amateurs do not a professional big company.

I applied for a position at Harver through their online portal. I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. First round was a JavaScript exercise. Second round was a conversation with the VP of Eng and walkthrough of my responses. Third round was a conversation with two engineers at Harver, and some light technical questions. Fourth round was a conversation with the CTO, and included a simple design question.
