Interview
Online interview and if selected followed up by interview with store manager. The first interview were with two individuals with HR and it lasted around 40 minutes. First introductions were made such as describe yourself what you do and your previous experience - an overview of where you were and how you got here. Next, was followed by around 10 questions previous work experience considering certain scenarios.
