Telephone screen with HR which went pretty well and then I was scheduled to interview with the Director of the hiring team and was told to be prepared for a coderpad evaluation as well. A day before the interview I was informed that the person wont be able to take the interview due to some work but his reporting manager will be coming to the call. On the day of the call this person says that he may not not the whole hour and asked me to walk me through my background and took me by surprise when he started to ask some ridiculous question like why was my role in my previous company called "Programmer Analyst". To top it all he was yawning in the middle of interview while I was explaining one of my projects.
In fact this person was so uninterested that once I finished explaining a project which happened to deal with K-means clustering he asked me to walk me through the process and I said to my self "dude I just did the exact thing". I never understood if he wanted me to read out the very code of my implementation that was a part of my professional project which I think is absolutely stupid. I am happy that I got saved working under a person who is so disoriented in his process.
