I was contacted by a recruiter via Indeed. After a couple follow-ups, we scheduled the intro phone screen (25 mins). The recruiter was upbeat, super nice and helpful with the interview process by providing details about what they were looking for in a new hire. Then I was invited to an in-person interview to meet with 3 hiring managers (30 mins each). They were young and very professional. They seemed genuinely happy and they loved their jobs. After the in-person interview, I was contacted by the recruiter via phone with an offer. If it wasn't because I had another great opportunity lined up. I would have taken the offer. The company (a public company with a start-up feel) seems to be growing fast, and they have new management with a clear vision for the company - as well as a great benefits & perks package!
