The interview process began with an initial application for the QA Tester position, which led to a first interview with the Human Resources team. During this stage, the discussion focused on general qualifications, professional background, and overall fit for the company, as well as an introduction to the role and workplace culture. After successfully passing this initial screening, the process continued with a second interview involving the Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) team leader along with other team leaders. This stage was more technical and role-specific, concentrating on practical experience, problem-solving skills, quality assurance methodologies, and the candidateâs ability to collaborate with different teams, providing a deeper evaluation of suitability for the QA and LQA responsibilities.

1. Korean-English translation
2. Comparing an electronic device and its descriptions
3. Making a marketing material
And also have to take interview twice.
Once with the HR manager, and then with the CEO.
