Halton Healthcare interview questions

There was an HR interview and then a panel interview. The issue I had was a person from another hospital was on the call and was a consultant for halton healthcare during regular work hours. I explained as a director unfortunately you are a consultant and wont be here full time to support the project post go live. I was not passed to the next round cause I was not woke enough and spoke factual.
