Straight forward and friendly. Plenty of information given up front about the format. Interview was competency based and lot on my previous experience and how it could be brought to the new role.
There were a lot of different stages in the interview process with HSBC, started with a personality assessment, an hr phone call interview, a pre recorded online interview, and then an in person interview.

Can you describe a time when you collaborated with compliance of legal teams to ensure social media content aligned with industry regulations? How did you balance creative freedom with compliance requirements to protect the brand?
Describe a time when you coordinated team activities or collaborated with others to execute a communications project. What was your role, and how did you ensure its success?
