Conversational-style interview with the hiring manager focused on my background, seniority, career goals, and what I was looking for in a next role. The conversation felt relatively informal and exploratory rather than overly structured. We discussed my experience, the scope of the role, team expectations, and whether the opportunity would be a strong fit from both a skills and compensation perspective.

The first interview is online, the second is in person. Office is really nice. Employees are friendly. They explained their project really well. We try to discuss about visa sponsorship at the very end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HLW (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had two separate interviews, one with senior management and one with a principal. Everyone was kind and welcoming and I didn't feel nervous or uncomfortable. The office is really nice, we sat in either the big conference room or smaller lounge. I showed my portfolio digitally.
