Interview
Technical interview are just fine, they are not too hardcore technical, mostly scenario based and very basic. the approach matters.
Long hiring process, takes about a month or more. and they negotiate a lot sometime even pay you just as much as your current salary or even less depending on the location you are trying for and your current location.
They do offer packers and movers at times but you need to negotiate
And you might need to followup alot aas they wouldnt bother giving updtaes.
First round of interview with HCLTech and second round of interview with client. There are few more rounds happened because the interview recording was not happened in first and second round

Actually it was unscheduled and done with 15mins. Once after that the next round of interview was taken by client side. Overall, interview process is good. I was recieved offer exactly after 1 week post the client interview happened.
