Interviews were all done by the client, the interviews by HCi were very general and just needed information regarding certification status, previous job history, current skills assessment, as well as any current conflicts of interest.

They asked me why I decided to go from FTE to Contract work. At first I was taken aback by the question as, I wasn't intending on going from a full time position to a contract position.
