The process was great. Questions were asked about current experience and knowledge as well as questions to gage growth potential. Questions were asked to determine how you worked in a team setting.

Interview
The HR manager for H2 is one of the most down to earth peope you will ever meet. She is very kind and courteous and makes you feel comfortable throughout the interview process. Our initial contact was via email and she provided sufficient information to ensure both she and the company were reputable.

I don't recall any difficult questions. I attribute this to the relaxed atmosphere she created within the interview.
