STAR interview each questions is basic on their key model. Such as tell me how you've made a process easier or change for the better. After interview, background check takes about twice weeks than hiring and training which is about 2 months.

Wasted a ton of time, people were nice but hiring process was extremely long and overly complex. Didn't even reach out to tell me I wasn't selected, I had to inquire myself.
