The interview was easy going and low pressure. It was more of a conversation than anything. They are very up front about if they are interested or not and helpful in the process.
The interview was definitely a relaxed single person interview and it did not last too long. It was a quick in and out deal. Type of questions were the regular: experience, good attributes, bad attributes etc.

Spark Hire interview with no follow up. I do not recommend bothering with these people who don’t even have the time to sit down with someone. I would look elsewhere for employment as I have done the same.
