Interview
Unstructured, far too informal and lacked what appeared any genuine/serious attempt to want to make it an enjoyable experience by the Head of motors department. Ultimately it didn't lead anywhere, but if it did I would have had very strong reservations with wanting to further my opportunities there.

Question 1
It was more a conversation than an interview and that's how it was framed. I certainly was not given the platform to demonstrate any true capabilities I've and how I'd be able to contribute to the org or excel in the role. I felt like the decision had been made prior to meeting me and ultimately was purely a waste of my time being the afternoon entertainment.
