However, when I asked about a salary starting around $60,000—which aligns with industry standards for the role—the tone of the conversation shifted noticeably. Additionally, Gulf Eagle is very much a traditional, in-office company and not open to remote or hybrid work options. This may be a good fit for someone who prefers an on-site environment and is comfortable with a more conventional workplace culture.
