Guardian Industries interview questions

Had a phone interview with a recruiter then had an on site interview with a couple managers that concluded with a tour of the process lines. Kept good conversation learning about the different processes and improvements in the works.

The screening interview with HR was a typical initial interview focused mainly on my background and experience. They asked questions about my education, research, and especially my experience related to manufacturing and production environments.
