Group Bayport interviews FAQs
Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
The interview were fairly straightforward.
The emphasis was more on theoractical understand than technical terms.
The questions were majorly scenario based such as how would do RCA or
how to manage difficult stakeholders.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Group Bayport in Nov 2025
Interview
Stage 1 : Interview with a recruiter
Stage 2 : Interview with Sales Manager
Stage 3 : Interview with CEO (?)
Interview with the recruiter was short and generic. Spent time talking about the company and past experiences. The recruiter had sent the incorrect time for the interview invite. The recruiter that I spoke with was based in India, so be prepared for an early or late interview.
Sales Manager was interested in what systems were used previously. Advised that next step is to interview with CEO.
Reconnected with the recruiter, who was slow to respond. Claimed that they lost access to their account. After expressing that they were interested in moving to the next step, she stopped responding when I asked for their availability.
The hiring process lacked structure and clarity. I spent over three weeks going through multiple rounds, but it kept getting delayed with no feedback or closure. The HR was polite and responsive but seemed unaware of the next steps. Quite disappointing, especially since the company seemed promising.
