Interviewed with the Community Manager, another Senior Community Manager and then the Regional Manager. Questioned asked such as your long term, short term goals, what do you know about the company, why are you the best person to do this job.

What is the number one reason people don't lease at a community?
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
