Greenlight Financial Technology interview questions

I had a disappointing experience interviewing with Greenlight. The process lasted about four weeks and included 8 interviews with 7 people, around 5 hours of interview time, a 2-hour case study, and then a surprise, last-minute final interview after I was told the panel was the last step. All in, it took close to two unpaid workdays once prep and scheduling were factored in. For a Senior Accountant role, the process felt excessive, poorly communicated, and disrespectful of candidates’ time. The final feedback was that another candidate had “a little bit better” case study, which felt pretty weak given how much time was required. The interviewers were professional, but the overall process was bloated and frustrating. Would avoid even dealing with this company altogether, they will do nothing but waste your time.

There were 4 rounds. Low level design round where I had to design Chess board, GL values discussion with one example for each value, high level design was to design youtube.
