Traditional interview followed by trial shift. asking questions about myself and any previous experiences I have had in the industry. They moreover also asked questions about about my personality and why I would be a good fit for the role.

Interview
A quick telephone interview with the recruiter and then a teams interview with the head of department which lasted just under an hour. I heard back within a week and was told I was unsuccessful.
Face to face interview with GM, relatively informal. Asked about my kitchen experience, leadership style, food safety knowledge, team development, handling pressure, and what I would bring to the role. The interview felt relaxed, and easy going.
