Gaia from Gravity Sketch’s Talent &People team reached out to me on LinkedIn about a position, and even though I was not actively looking for a new challenge, I said yes to a call because her email was so well written, that it caught my attention and made me interested to learn more.
I then had a call with her, where she shared more about the company, its vision and what they’re looking for, while also giving me insights about the company culture, which I find super important when looking for a new job. I feel like Gaia has a special talent for putting you in ease in an interview setting, and communicate clearly and with enthusiasm about the company and the role.
I had a great experience in all the 2 other rounds of calls I had, and every time I felt the person on the other end is really knowledgeable, passionate and smart, who’s looking for a new addition to the team who can help them move forward with actionable steps and strategy.
Gravity Sketch seems like a great company with an interesting product, and if you’re looking for something new where you can really make an impact with your work, I would recommend getting on board.
At the end I decided to give my current job another shot, but I had to leave a review here, because this was the best and fastest interview experience I had for a long time.
