Interviewing process was efficient and thorough. Started with a phone interview with HR, followed by an in-person interview with Engineering and HR managers, and lastly a phone call with the CEO. The interview at the Burlington office with the managers involved technical and situational questions. It never felt like anyone was trying to ask any trick questions - most HR questions were basics that are often expected in interviews. The point was for the company to get to know you while also explaining enough about the company for you to get to know Grantek and its culture, and the interviewers I met did a great job at that. I had seen lots of positive reviews on Glassdoor about the company, and my interactions with Grantek employees confirmed them and demonstrated that employees are genuine people who really love to work at the company. A few minutes after my interview with the CEO, HR called letting me know they wanted to offer me the position, and scheduled an offer presentation for the next day. I really appreciated the speed of the interviewing process, as many other companies can take well over a month for their interviewing process to be completed. I gladly accepted the job offer and hope for a long and prosperous career at Grantek.

The interview process involves 3 phases of interviews with the with the second interview involving technical job related questions and the 3rd being with a high level company member discussing what your contribution would look like and your overall fit within the company
